Trish O’Leary is the founder of Hired Method and a recruiter with over 20 years of experience helping companies hire and helping candidates get hired.

She has worked across advertising, marketing, media, and startups, building teams and guiding talent at every stage of their careers. Throughout her career, she has helped candidates secure roles at companies including Google, Meta, McCann, UPS, and Fidelity.

After reviewing thousands of resumes and interviewing candidates at every level, Trish became known for her ability to spot potential beyond a resume and for understanding why strong candidates often get overlooked.
